I loved the label you gave Casey Hurowitz as a "non-performing songwriter"... I try to perform, but I think I'll adopt that label for myself...

Thanks for checking out the show and dropping in here. I perform every now and then with my old bandmates and other Artists that invite me to sit in now and then, but I still consider myself a non-performing songwriter...

As for getting published, I feel that it's a matter of networking with the right set of people. Of course your music has to be the best, but you need to find ways to connect with folks that can get you closer to the doors. Try networking not just with publishers and music exec, but also with other writers who have good contacts,like your music, and would like to collaborate.
